Grafton Land Trust is a 20 mile hiking trail in Grafton, Massachusetts.
Off of Rt 122 in Grafton. Trail head ties in near Brookmeadow village. You can park at the ball field and find the trail up the street in the neighborhood. There is a sign that says "Grafton Land Trust."
